Geared toward early and mid-stage companies in the technology and entertainment industries, MJ Consulting provides specialized business management and financial advisory services. Our primary service in this capacity is providing companies with a part-time Controller / VP Finance. Our qualified consultants serve as the company’s Controller / VP Finance through a long-term, part-time relationship, with the amount of time devoted determined by the needs of the company. In this role, we perform all of the traditional duties of a Controller / VP Finance.

We work with the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer and management team as a senior financial member. This approach allows the Executive Team and the senior managers to devote full energies to what they do best - and do that with a solid foundation of financial information to guide their decision making and their course of action.
